Privacy

Last updated 20 October 2026. What we keep, why, and who sees it.

Where your song goes

If your song is not out yet, this is the part to read. Your audio file is stored on our server. It leaves our server only for the steps below, and only when you press the button for that step.

If you only transcribe and fix your lyrics, nothing else leaves. Each provider keeps data under its own terms, so read theirs if that matters for a release you are holding back. We do not publish your song anywhere.

What we keep

Who sees it

To make your outputs we send your audio, your words and your prompts to the model providers you pick (for example fal.ai, Google, Kuaishou, ByteDance, OpenAI, Higgsfield, Anthropic) and to the renderer (Shotstack). They receive only what the call needs. Each provider has its own privacy policy. Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see your card number. Email is sent through Resend.

We do not sell your data, run ads, or use your songs to train anything.

Where it lives

On our servers, backed up daily. Your files are served only through signed links that expire.

How long

While your account exists. When you delete your account, your songs, words, cards, files and sessions are deleted at once. Payment records are kept for as long as tax law requires, with your email removed.

Your rights

You can export your receipts as a CSV from the Box office, download every file you made from its room, and delete your account from the Account page. For anything else, email hello@lobbycard.io.
