Rights and takedowns

If something on Lobby Card uses your work without permission, here is how to tell us.

Email us

Write to hello@lobbycard.io with the subject "Takedown". Include:

• The work you own and how we can check that (a release, a registration, a link to the original).
• What on Lobby Card uses it. A link to a shared video or file is best.
• Your name and a way to reach you.
• A sentence saying you believe in good faith that the use is not allowed, and that what you have told us is true.

What happens next

We confirm we got it within two working days. We remove the material or disable access to it while we look, and we tell the account holder what was claimed. If they show they have the rights, we tell you and may restore it. Repeat offenders lose their account.

For account holders

You confirmed you owned each song when you added it. If a claim comes in, we will send it to you and give you a chance to answer. Keep your releases, splits and licences where you can find them.
