Lobby Card is run by [your business name, set LOBBYCARD_LEGAL_NAME], in Canada. "We" and "us" mean that business. "You" means the person with the account.
You upload a song you own. We transcribe it, and you fix the words. Then, at your request, we call third party AI models and a video renderer to make cover art, a lyric video, short clips, a visualizer and a performance clip. Every one of those calls has a price shown before you press the button.
You may only upload audio you own or hold the rights to use. You confirm this each time you add a song, and we keep a record of that confirmation. If you upload something you do not have the rights to, you are responsible for it, and we will remove it when we are told. See the rights and takedowns page.
The lyric videos, clips and visualizers we render from your own audio and words are yours to use. Images and video made by an AI model come with that model provider's terms. We show each model's licence note next to it and whether we have read the full terms. Read it before you release. In many places AI generated images may not be protected by copyright. That affects what you can stop others doing with them, not whether you can use them.
Lobby Card is a monthly plan, paid by card through Stripe. Each month you get a set number of credits. Credits you do not use carry over while your plan is active, and stay in your account if you cancel. Extra credit packs are open to people on a plan. Each step shows its cost in credits before it runs. The credits are held, used when the step finishes, and released if it fails. A retry is a new hold, never a second charge. There is a daily limit per account to protect you from a runaway bill. Cancel any time in the Box office. Cancelling stops the next payment. It does not end the month you have paid for.
A plan payment can be refunded on request within 14 days if you have used fewer than 10 percent of that month's credits. Credits used on steps that completed cannot be refunded, because the provider has been paid. Email hello@lobbycard.io and we sort it within five working days.
If you use the artist page to collect fan emails, you are responsible for that list. Only email people who joined, say who you are, and give them a way to opt out. We never email your fans and never sell the list.
The free start is a small number of credits given once per person. Making more accounts to get more of it is not allowed.
Nothing that shows real people in a sexual way, nothing that targets or harasses a person, nothing that impersonates someone, nothing illegal where you are. The model providers have their own rules and may refuse a request. If a provider refuses, you are not charged.
We will keep your files and words safe, show prices honestly, and tell you plainly what has and has not been tested with each model. AI models fail, mishear and produce odd results. We cannot promise a particular result from a model, only that you will not pay for a call that fails.
We provide the service as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the last three months.
You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. Your songs, words, cards and files are deleted at once. Payment records are kept for as long as tax law requires, with your email removed.
We may close an account that breaks these terms. If we do, we refund the unused part of your last plan payment.
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will say so in the app before the change applies.
These terms are governed by the law of Canada.
